JUDY FLETCHER, B.A.
Ms. Fletcher has over 30 years of experience in the education field, teaching at both the public school and university levels. Her excellence as an educator was honored by recognition in Who's Who Among America's Teachers. Her knowledge of teaching is augmented by her extensive involvement with school improvement initiatives, technology implementation, and Academic Track.
In addition to her vast experience in the field of education, Judy has extensive business and administrative experience. She has served as office manager for a large retail chain, customer service representative for a large circulation newspaper, and as the administrative staffing coordinator for a state-wide staffing firm. Judy's life-long commitment to community service is exemplified by her charter presidency of a Lioness Club, membership on a township board planning and zoning commission, and long-time service as an Ambassador for the Bay Area Chamber of Commerce. Currently, Judy is the Vice-Chairperson of the Board of Directors of a local credit union.
Judy's experience enables her to identify the qualities and credentials needed by successful educators. In addition to being able to identify teaching skills and subject matter knowledge, Judy can quickly determine whether a particular candidate has the interpersonal skills and initiative to truly excel in the team environment of a particular school. Given her broad background in school operations, finance, governmental relations, and administrative staffing, Judy is particularly qualified to identify quality school administrative staff to insure efficient and responsive school operations and public relations.

G. E. (EARL) MARONEY, Ph.D., P. E., LTC USA Ret
Dr. Maroney earned a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University, where he also served as the Program Manager of the Fluid Power Research Center for over 8 years. Earl has served as Director of the National Conference on Fluid Power, Vice President of the Fluid PowerSociety, an elected representative of the USA to the International Standards Organization, a member of the Editorial Board of the Basic Fluid Power Journal, and continues to serve as a resource to industry, government and the judiciary. Earl is a military pilot and Lieutenant Colonel, Retired, of the United States Army Reserve.
Earl has authored over 220 engineering, military and management publications. He holds eleven patents. He has over 40 years of engineering and management experience in private industry, holding positions ranging from Vice President of Engineering, Technical Director of Joint Ventures, and Director of Technical Knowledge Management for global aerospace, fluid power, and automotive firms, including Parker/Nichols, MC Aerospace, Walbro, and TI Automotive.
Earl's experience covers the entire spectrum of the production and operations processes. Starting in industry as a technician with an associate degree and in the military at the lowest rank, he worked his way up to the highest levels of global manufacturing organizations and the military command. In addition to his engineering expertise, he has recruited, trained, and managed engineering departments and military battalions. He understands the need for practical, integrated, and cost-efficient solutions implemented by select, well-trained personnel at all levels of a firm's operations.
HEALTH CARE ADMINISTRATION
ROBIN RAPPLEY, B.S., R.N., M.B.A
Ms. Rappley is a Registered Nurse with a Master Degree in Business Administration. She has over twenty years of nursing, health care management, and marketing experience. Her experience includes nursing and case management positions at hospitals, nursing homes, and home health care providers in the private, non-profit, and public sectors. As a clinical supervisor and manager, she has recruited, hired, trained, and managed Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, home health care aides, and medical administrative staffs, as well as marketed the services of health care providers. For the last four years, she has also served as an adjunct professor, instructing future health care professionals in medical terminology and pharmacology.
Robin's many years of experience enable her to identify the staffing needs, as well as the skills needed by each staff member for successful operation of a wide-range of health care providers. In addition to her ability to evaluate a position and the right person for the position, Robin has served as an advisor to health care providers, providing them with advice and strategies to improve operations and minimize liability exposure. Robin understands the unique qualities and services provided by various types and sizes of health care organizations and knows the solutions that are needed for success in today's health care environment.
GLEN THOMPSON, CPCU, AAI, CIC
In a successful sales and marketing career that spans 47 years, Mr. Thompson has successfully developed, implemented, and managed the sales and marketing programs and staffs for 3 major insurance companies. For 14 years, Mr. Thompson served as the Vice President and Regional Manager for Lumbermens Insurance Company. For 17 years, he served as the Vice President of Marketing for Amerisure Insurance Company. He then revamped the sales and marketing priorities and concepts at Frankenmuth Mutual Insurance Company, serving as Director of Marketing for 6 years.
Mr. Thompson has a proven track record of analyzing and turning around sales and marketing programs in very short order by creating cost-efficient, sustainable programs with sales staffs that produce long-lasting, positive financial results. Glen's success in sales and marketing is based on his understanding and belief that top-down, "corporate knows best", theoretical marketing and sales programs are costly, ineffective, and unsustainable.
Glen understands the needs of small businesses. In addition to his corporate experience, he owned and operated a successful insurance agency for a decade.
